AO Globe Life is a rapidly growing organization seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as life insurance sales advisors. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be driven, self motivated and passionate about helping others, should also have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment. While prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory for this position.
As a life insurance sales advisor with AO Globe Life, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy flexible hours. You will also receive comprehensive training, which includes guidance from experienced agents and managers. This position offers great compensation, the compensation for this role is estimated to be around $65-79K in the first year, with average annual earnings exceeding $128K by the second year. You will also have the potential to earn lifelong residual income through renewals and enjoy a unionized position.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a dynamic team environment, where you can learn and grow with our organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a laptop or computer with camera, strong internet connection and have already obtained the LLQP license or are willing to obtain the license immediately upon hire. Basic computer literacy is essential, and you should be comfortable contacting leads to schedule virtual meetings with clients.
