Key Responsibilities:

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they reach their full potential.
Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor results, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Team Culture: Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and success.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance.
