In this exciting position, you will resolve inquiries and ensure seamless end-to-end support, playing a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to unparalleled customer satisfaction.  Your influence will extend to providing onboarding training. Your expertise will enhance the customer experience and efficiency.

Your day-today-responsibilities include supervising a team of Customer Sales Representatives, handling inquiries and proactively identifying up-sell opportunities.  You will also be instrumental in reporting, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

The primary objective of this role is new business development in an sales capacity to expand Globe Life AO National’s reach and customer base, while ensuring that acquired clients are properly serviced and supported to drive on-going customer satisfaction.
