Insurance Sales and Recruiting Specialist - Remote 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven with strong leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while building and managing a pipeline of top-tier talent. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and the ability to lead and inspire others in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Recruiting:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and match them to the best-fit opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Use recruiting tools and platforms to streamline processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

  • Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align recruitment and sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a combination of both is desired.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills in remote settings.
  • Strong understanding of sales and recruiting strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for achieving goals.
