The Sales Growth & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive sales growth while simultaneously recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent for our sales team. This individual will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture that supports both sales excellence and team development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
Team Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

WHAT YOU NEED...

Proven experience in sales management and talent acquisition, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
