Key Responsibilities

  • Client Growth:

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s sales base and improve customer relationships.
    • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
    • Analyze client data and market trends to drive business development decisions and optimize growth strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
    • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both sales growth and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform client growth strategies and recruitment decisions.
